MarketingElite (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at marketingelite.eu and the Restaurant Reservation System at reservations.marketingelite.eu. Our contact email is hello@marketingelite.eu.
2. Data we collect
We collect data in the following ways:
- Contact forms — name, email, company, message content.
- Analytics — page views, referral sources, device types (anonymised via GA4 with IP anonymisation enabled).
- Cookies — session cookies (essential) and analytics cookies (with consent).
- Reservation system — guest name, email, phone, party size, date/time, and optional pre-order data. This data is processed on behalf of the restaurant operator.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process personal data under the following legal bases (GDPR Art. 6):
- Consent — for analytics cookies and marketing emails.
- Contract — to fulfil services you have requested.
- Legitimate interests — for fraud prevention, site security, and service improvement.
4. How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries submitted via our contact form.
- To deliver and improve our services and SaaS products.
- To send transactional emails (e.g., booking confirmations).
- To send marketing emails (only with explicit consent).
- To analyse website usage and improve performance.
5. Data storage & transfers
All personal data is stored on AWS EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1). We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable).
6. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months. Reservation data is retained per the operator's settings (default 12 months). Analytics data is retained for 14 months in GA4.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”).
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing).
- Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

8. Third-party services
We use the following third-party processors:
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymised analytics (EU data processing addendum in place).
- Amazon Web Services — hosting and email (SES). EU region.
- Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant).
